Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of CSHB 221(L&C) be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 221(L&C) "An Act relating to the state's participation in the federal Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, and to mortgage lending regulation and licensing; and providing for an effective date." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 221(L&C) pass the House?" Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 221(L&C) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
